Q. Am I able to view updates if I’m not a member?
Some of the updates on this site have restricted access and are available for our members only. Giving members access to exclusive content is our way of saying thanks for their support. To become a member you simply have to pre-order our EP from our shop.
Q. How do I become a member?
It’s very simple! 1) Go to our shop 2) Choose the product you like best 3) Pay with PayPal 4) Follow instructions and create an account. Voila!
Q. What kind of exclusive content can I expect as a member?
We’ll share as much of our experiences working on this EP with you as we can. You can expect pictures and videos from the studio, previews of lyrics and artwork, previews of our new single, of the new video, of the documentary shot in China, and more of that good stuff. Basically you’ll be the first to know what’s going on with us and our songs.
Q. Am I able to pre-order more than one product with the same account?
Unfortunately, it’s not possible to add any more products during the check-out procedure. The easiest way would be to send us an email after your first purchase and let us know which products you’d like to add. We’ll take care of the rest!
Q. Do I need a credit card to pre-order?
No. You only need a PayPal account. You can easily connect your PayPal account to your good, old bank account.
Q. Are there any other check-out systems supported besides Paypal?
Sorry, not at this time.
Q. Are there any additional costs after ordering?
No hidden costs! All prices are including taxes and shipping. 10 euro’s will remain 10 euro’s.
Q. Why are all the product prices the same, considering shipping costs might be more expensive for people in the USA than in The Netherlands for example?
Well, that’s true; however we think it’s not fair to charge fans living outside our home country more than our local fans. That’s why we decided to include the estimated average shipping costs in the total price and not the actual shipping costs.
Q. Will this new EP be available as a free download just as your current album is?
Yes!
Q. Why would I pay 5 euro’s for a download if it’s going to be available as a free download anyway?
You don’t have to of course, but it would be great if you decide to support us by purchasing our music in advance for 5 euro’s. In exchange we’ll send the songs to you a week before the official release and you’ll be able to access the exclusive content on this website.
